Do you have a slightly unstable feeling in your knee? Need extra support during exercise? Do you suffer from residual complaints after a meniscus operation or ligament damage? The Push Sports Knee Brace offers a solution. The Push Sports Knee Brace supports the knee in a special way using non-axial leaf spring hinges on both sides of the knee. Lateral movement is countered, without inhibiting bending and stretching of the knee. The application of this form of articulation means the knee joint is exceptionally well stabilised without inhibiting your movement during exercise. The U-shaped pad in the brace is positioned around the knee joint and helps to stabilise the patella. The knee brace has an excellent fit and is very slim, which means the brace can easily be worn under sportswear.

Product Benefits

  • Offers sideways support in the event of instability of the knee joint
  • Applies individually adjustable compression around the joint
  • Non-axial leaf spring hinges follow the natural bending of the knee
  • A U-shaped pressure pad contributes to the stabilisation of the kneecap
  • Optimum position retention
  • Very low profile

Applying the Brace

Open the two hook and loop fasteners.

1. Pull the brace over the knee until the pad is positioned snugly underneath the kneecap. For the proper degree of support, it is important that the pad fits closely around the kneecap.

2. Close the lower hook and loop fastener to provide a comfortable degree of compression below the knee.

3. Close the upper hook and loop fastener to provide a comfortable degree of compression around the upper leg. It is important that the pad presses snugly against the kneecap.

How do I choose a brace?

If a brace has been prescribed or recommended, it is wise to go to a professional establishment that specialises in medical aids or rehabilitation articles. Some physiotherapists sell braces and they can also give you good advice. Choosing the right size and type of brace requires additional know-how. Always consult an expert for this kind of specialised work.

    Push Sports Knee Brace

Comfortable, easy to put on & adjust. I admit I was a little skeptical of how it would feel while walking & exercising but I was pleasantly surprised. My knee felt supported, comfortable & I went through a full gym session & a 7+ kilometre walk without any problems. Definitely alleviated my knee pain.
